He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Corky "Papaw" Mellott and Winton Smith; and his uncle Winton Smith, Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Jason Mellott (Wendi) and Lisa Mellott; his daughter Madison Renee Mellott; the mother of his child Katie Bement; his grandmothers, Sherron Mellott and Netha Smith; his aunts and uncles, Norma Sachenhiem, Kim Gibson (Fred), Sherry Mellott, Tracy Smith, Steve Smith (Darcey) and Mark McBee; and his cousins, Corey (Katie), Brady (Emily), Niki (Adam), Viki, Thomas, Savannah and Eli. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
