He was predeceased by: his mother Irene Perry of Cincinnati; his wife Jeckyl Perry; his parent Lovely Perry; his siblings, Walter Perry and Birdie Sizemore of Cincinnati; and his granddaughter Ashley Nichol Perry.
He is survived by: his children, Mitch Perry (Donna) of Cincinnati, Jacqueline Perry, Brian Perry of Monroe, Jon Titus Jr. (Betty) of Lebanon and Joseph Titus; his grandchildren, Joe Perry, Nichole Anderson Springer (Jake), Nathan Anderson (Jenna) of Middletown, Cassie Rihm (Kallen) of Vandalia, Jeanna Titus of Columbus, Dylan Titus of Fairfield and Courtney Titus (Ramsey) of Middletown, Ohio.; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Lopez (Gordon Haley) of Illinois, Isabelle Lopez (Cayden Echols) of Missouri and Alexis Stearn of Indiana; and his great great grandchildren, Berkeley Haley and Charis Rihm.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Stine Funeral Home of Lebanon (801 Monroe Rd, Lebanon, OH 45036). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
