He is survived by: his wife Carole Diane Parish; his children, Scott G. Arnold (Rhonda) of Morral and Amy C. Arnold Fuller (Matt) of La Rue; his grandchildren, Ty Arnold (Alisha), Hannah Fuller and Becky Fuller; his great grandchildren, Rebel and Astraea Arnold; his siblings, John Arnold (Laura) of Marion and Jeri Wilson (Steve) of Delaware; and his close friends, Patty, Van Vansickle, Larry and Darrel.

Memorial donations can be made in Ray's name to the Salt Rock Fire Station in Morral.
