She is survived by: her husband Steven John Kubofcik; her children, Mary Lynn McCaffrey (Daniel) and Steve (Barbara); her grandchildren, Steven IV, Kathryn Roth (Ryan) and Kevin McCaffrey (Olivia); and her great grandchildren, Hayden, Adalynn, Caroline McCaffrey and Genevieve Roth.
