We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2023, at the age of 86, Tootsie Maness of Moraine, Ohio, born in Wise, Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Tootsie Maness to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley Collinsworth and Marie Collinsworth (Caudill); her husband J. C. "Jay" Maness; her brother Jack Christian; and her sisters-in-law, Lucille Christian and Lola McDole.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dottie Cowden (Larry) and Vickie Smith (Kim); her sisters, Sue Kilbourne (Bud) and Judy Waller; her brother-in-law Wayne Maness (Nadine); her grandchildren, Angela (Terry), Aimee (Todd), Shane (Melony), Nick (Julie) and Staci (Justin); her great grandchildren, Kierstyn, Addie, Dayson, Kaiden, Savanna, Brooklyn, Lucas, Josie, Hannah, Rylea, Derek, Calvin, Drew and Emily; and her great great grandchild Emmie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
