He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyndon Welch and Eula Welch (Isaacs); and his sister Phyllis Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Rita S. Welch (Crews); his children, Crystal Welch, Christina Welch (Eric Karns), Christopher Welch and Christian Welch (Kristina); his brother Jason Welch (Michelle); his grandchildren, Anthony Karns, Dylan Karns, Abigail "Abby" Welch, Dakota Karns, Summer Knight and Charlotte Welch; and his nephews, Dean Lewis and Noah Welch. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and many friends.
