He is survived by: his wife Susan Shock (Barker); his children, Richard (Karen Shock) and Amanda (Matthew Mosier); and his stepchildren, Angela Zornes of West Milton, Mike Shock of Dayton, Ambir, Jeff Steinbrunner of Dayton, Autumne, Shaun Storer of Dayton, Kimberly, Ty Ritzy of Morrow, OH, Randy and April Smallwood of Erie, PA. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
