He is survived by: his children, Richard Barnes (Shelby) of New Lebanon, Ohio and Shelly Barnes-Mabis (Doug) of Radcliff, Kentucky; and his siblings, Bob Barnes (Cledith) of Gratis, Ohio, Virginia Leonard of Franklin, Ohio, Brenda Smith of Moraine, Ohio and Monty Barnes (Wilma) of Centerville, Ohio. He is also survived by grandchildren as well as great grandchildren.
