He is survived by: his sons, Richard Blaylock (Deborah) and David Blaylock (Vanessa); his grandchildren, Justin Blaylock, Alexis Hanscel (Dylan), Allison Blaylock and Jared Blaylock; his great grandchild Elijah Hanscel; and his siblings, Jim Blaylock (Janice), Ralph Blaylock, Ruth Richardson and Robert Houk. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
