He is survived by: his children, Mindy VanBergen (Andy), Brook Shady, Gabriel Shady (Dawn), Nicholas Hilden, Mary Anna Hilden, Lewis, III Maynard (Connie) and Mona DeCaminada; his siblings, Tom Shady (Vicki) and Melody Duwa; his sister-in-law Karen Tomlinson; and his grandchildren, Jordan Carbajal (David), Hunter Shady (Katie), Ethan Shady (Rebecca), Arabella Shady, Joshua Hilden (Karen), Christopher Hilden (Erin), Lewis Maynard, IV, Jeremy Maynard, Shirley Lyson, Kristy Couch, Amanda Iaconelli (Jason) and Travis DeCaminada. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
