He was predeceased by: his parents, Byno Clark and Birdie Clark; and his significant other Sandra "Sandy" E. Clark (LaMar). He is survived by: his children, David Clark, Jr. (Tammy), Jason Clark (Star Page) and Trisha Traylor (Stan); his grandchildren, Nikki Clark (Stephen Johnson), Shelby Clark (Gary Neff), Jason "Bubby" Clark, Jr. (Hailey Pfeiffer) of Katie Clark, D. J, Theodore Baker, Elliot Baker and Betsy Baker; his great grandchildren, Ivee Johnson, Ethan Johnson, Silas Johnson, Evelyn Jean Neff, Rylin Manning, Emma Dale Neff, Liam Clark and Riley Clark; and his pet Greta. He is also survived by numerous other family members and many friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contribution may be made to the Tunnel to Towers, 2361 Hylan Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10306 in Mr. Clark's memory.
