He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Reed and Amanda Reed. He is survived by: his wife Kristine Ashe-Reed; his son Clarence M. Reed II; his grandson Clarence M. Reed III; and his nephews, Samuel Reed (Beverly) and Jerry Reed (Teresa).
