He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Chaffins and Erma Chaffins; and his siblings, Albert (Becky), Dee, Bobbi, Serena, Ricky, Buster (Debbie) and Dale.
He is survived by: his wife Angie (Chambers); his children, Sara Chaffins (Jason Neargarder), Mike Chaffins (Shelby) and Michelle Chaffins; his niece Karla Sensabaugh (Tony); his stepdaughters, Christina Shelton (Tim) and Jessie Brockman (Wade); his grandchildren, Desi, Craig, Bria, Bryson, Marley, Ryleigh, Evie, Max, Avery, Allister and Ari; and his siblings, Charlotte (Kenny), Jay B (Brenda), Wally (Ann), Steve (Sheila) and Girlie (Darrell). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider a contribution to Newcomer Funeral Home in Kettering, to assist with Buddy's final expenses.
