She was predeceased by: her mother Linda Underwood; and her brother Richard Underwood, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Michael Shifflett; her children, Beth Anne Underwood and Michael "Mikey" Shifflett (Felecia Gustin); her father Richard Underwood; her siblings, Steven Underwood, Cindy Foldgers and Diana Cremeens (Jim); her grandchildren, Tyler Ryon and Cassie Underwood; and her siblings-in-law, Jeff Shifflett (Maria) and Diana Casson-Harkins. She is also survived by her fur baby "Eli", as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
