Wayne, IN and Beverly Brazofsky (John) of Hambden Twp, Ohio; her grandchildren, Joseph Wright (Nicole) of John, III and Zachariah Brazofsky (Allison); and her great grandchildren, John IV and Cole Brazofsky. She is also survived by her 2 daughters and a caregiver for her father for 24 years.
