She was predeceased by: her father James W. Kohlmeyer; and her siblings, James, Ronald Kohlmeyer and Ruthie Toothman. She is survived by: her husband Paul Quigley of Montville, OH; her mother Alice Kohlmeyer-Swank of Middlebury, IN; and her siblings, William Kohlmeyer (Kathy) of Corbin, KY and Debra Gilson (William) of Middlebury, IN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
