With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Genevieve Johnson of Montville, Ohio, born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 26, 2023 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bala and Mary Bala; and her husband Philip F. Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Sylvia Johnson of Chippewa Lake, OH, Keith Johnson of Medina, OH, Kevin Johnson of Medina, OH and Janice Bird (Gerry) of Dublin, OH.; her grandchild Cheyanna DeNicola (Adrian); her great grandchild Bruno Philip of Cortland Manor, NY; and her grandchildren, Mikel Leverington of Miami, FL and Kelsey Leverington of Snohomish, WA.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, families and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Western Reserve, Medina, Ohio and/or Ohio Department of Veteran Services.
