He is survived by: his sons, Randy Hartman (Marcia) of Montpelier, Jeffrey Harman of Florida and William Hartman, Jr. of Indianapolis; and his siblings, Bev Wheeler and Tony Klopfenstein. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren. 9 great-grandchildren.
