He was predeceased by: his parents, William O. Goddard and Flossie Y. Goddard (Weiser); and his brother Michael Goddard. He is survived by: his son Robb Musselman (Connie) of Melbourne, Florida; his granddaughter Alina Musselman; and his siblings, Maxine Y. Koch of Montpelier, Judy Chroninger of Edon, Patricia Burns of Montpelier, Barry Goddard (Terri) of Olympia and Deanna Miller (Douglas) of Roseburg, Oregon..
