We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2021, at the age of 79, Thomas Burkhart of Montpelier, Ohio, born in Hudson, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil S. Burkhart and Bertha E. Burkhart (Geren); and his brothers, Donald, David and Paul Burkhart.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn M. Fish; his daughters, Melinda Robinson (Marc) of Wauseon, Melody Siebenaler (Alex) of Woodville, Melissa Whitney (Timothy) of Edon and Thomasina Zuver (Terry) of Pioneer; his grandchildren, Mallory Webster (Aaron), Tawney Young, Caleb Siebenaler, Floyd Young, Zac Robinson, Brady Zuver (Keeley), Jacob Siebenaler, Brock Zuver and Trey Whitney; his great grandchild Paisley; and his sister Linda Burris (Roger) of Bryan.
Memorial contributions may be given to CHP Hospice or Hillside Country Living Activity Fund.
