He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Brinegar and Sylvia Brinegar (Greene); his spouse Beverly Ann McCann; and his sister Mary Lois Martin. He is survived by: his children, Brian Brinegar (Kristine) of Mont Holly, David Brinegar (Robin) of Fayette, Ohio and Laura Feeney (Deni Rome) of Oak Park, Michigan; his grandchildren, Caleb, Emily, Noah Brinegar and Leah Wuebben (Andrew); and his great grandchild Samuel Thomas Wuebben.
