He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Balser and Agnes Balser (Abbott); his siblings, Larry Balser (Bobbi), Ron Balser and Jodi Balser; his son-in-law Josh Spieth; and his friend Roger Pfund.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sandy Yungmann (Eugene), Bob Balser and Rick Balser; his wife Dee Balser (Miller); his daughter Christy Stoller (Matt) of Paulding; his grandchildren, Tucker, Bristyl and Briggs; and his friend Karen Pfund.
Interment will be private. Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, those attending are to follow CDC guidelines by wearing a facial mask and observe six-foot distancing when possible.
