It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steve Edward Hornyak of Montpelier, Ohio, born in Bryan, Ohio, who passed away on August 10, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Wulf and Dorothy Wulf; his daughters, Angel and Angela Hornyak; his brother-in-law Chuck Stemen; and his niece Julie Sargent.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Woods (Donald), Jim Hornyak of Bryan, Julie Charles of Montpelier, Kelly Peluso (Mike) of Montpelier and Krissy Cass (Dave) of Delta; his grandsons, Donny Woods (Stephanie Miller) and Dylan Woods (Bailey); and his sister Jo Stemen. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, other family members and friends.
Memorials may be given to Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice.
