It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Welker of Montpelier, Ohio, born in Berrien Springs, Michigan, who passed away on October 7, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Gottlich; her husband Emery Weldon Welker; her children, Arnold Jay Virtue, Wayne Allen Virtue, Jr., Franklin Lee Virtue and Annalea Grider; her grandsons, Justin Virtue and Eric Virtue; and her sisters, Marie Dovenmuehle, Ester Wolfinger, Lorraine Holmes, Lydia Lewis and Emily Muggenberg.
She is survived by: her children, Glen Virtue (Phyllis), Karen Pettry Welker (Jeff) and Evelyn Virtue; her stepchildren, David Welker, Tammy Snow Welker, Christy Hill Welker and Jennifer Bolser Welker (Brian); her grandchildren, Angela Hayes, Matthew Sauceda and Frank Virtue Jr. (Karen); her great grandchildren, Rosalina Romo, Benicio Romo, Noah Sauceda and Emery Sauceda; and her sisters, Marilyn Stricher and Adelyne Hall. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
