He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer E. Sapp and Martha A. Sapp (Sprankel); and his grandson Dawson Sapp. He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Bernath; his children, Josi Galford (Ralph) of Pioneer, Kevin M. Sapp of Montpelier and Kyle Sapp (Stacy) of Edon; his grandchildren, Taylor M. Galford, Alyssa Campbell (Zach), Aimee Woten (Alex), Hawken Sapp (Heather Kiomento), Chanse Sapp (Holly Reynolds), Reizyn Sapp, Kaden Sapp, Kelby Sapp and Kyler Sapp; and his great grandchildren, Joshua Stuckey, Jr., Saylor, Arlynn, Beau Campbell and McCoy Woten.
