Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Robert Gearhart (Montpelier, Ohio), who passed away at the age of 86, on February 5, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin L. Gearhart and Esther L. Gearhart (Hager); his former wife Lois (Kuehn); his wife Geraldine (Hackert); and his son-in-law Ed Whitis.

He is survived by: his children, Alan Gearhart (Julie) of Montpelier, David Gearhart (Ellen) of Montpelier, Christine Whitis of Pioneer, Laura Martin (Todd) of Bristol and Julie Carlson (Andy) of Pioneer; and his sister Judy Husted (James) of South Carolina. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be given to CHP Hospice or St. John's Lutheran Church.
