He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald M. Eberly and Margaret Eberly (Goodrich); his daughter Robin E. Eberly; his siblings, Ronald, Raymond, Duane, Jerry, Roger Eberly, Rose and Charlene; his granddaughter Abigail Rose Eberly; and his great grandchild Lucas Caughhorn.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Eberly; his children, Tammy Mynhier (Steve), Dianna Coolman, Christine Hooks (Robert), Barbara Downing (Patrick) and Ryan Eberly; his stepchildren, Tamera Bialecki and Mac McCann (Michelle); and his brother James R. Eberly (Mary Ann). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
