With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Cook (Montpelier, Ohio), born in Wauseon, Ohio, who passed away on March 17, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne B. Cook and Lillian B. Cook (Julliard). He is survived by: his wife Dee Cook; his sons, Jeff Cook (Laura) of Delta and Eric Cook (Lisa) of Montpelier; his granddaughters, Amanda Bowser of Delta, Brittany Studenka (Brent) of Lyons, Gabrielle Siler (Beau) of Montpelier and Alycia Ogden (B. J.) of Bryan; his great grandchildren, Aivin Bowser, Braden, Brody Studenka, Holden, Grady Siler, Zaylee Ogden and Callie Siler; and his sister Phyllis Lee of Maumee.
