Nettie Ellen Smethurst Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nettie Ellen Smethurst (Montpelier, Ohio), born in Mountain Grove, Missouri, who passed away on June 14, 2019 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert A. Wiyrick and Stella M. Wiyrick (Middleton); her husband Theodore "Ted" Smethurst; her grandson Bill Zulch; her sons-in-law, Jerry Zulch and Dennis Montoya; and her siblings, Carl Wiyrick, Duane Mowry and Marie Hill.
She is survived by: her children, Dean Smethurst (Sue) of Montpelier, Barbara Zulch of Montpelier and Virginia Montoya of Arlington, Washington; her grandchildren, Kristen (Robert), Kimberly (Mike), Ted (Nasseam), Lisa (Larry), Kent (Bridget), Kaia (Nathan), Yvonne (Chris) and Angela; and her sister Cleeta Miller of Montpelier. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
