Nancy Cliffton Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Cliffton of Montpelier, Ohio, who passed away on August 18, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Clark and Mary Clark (Bishop); her husband Jerry R. Cliffton; and her siblings, Lloyd Clark Jr., John Clark Sr., Loretta Middleton, Faith Shraull, Marcena Ruetz and Hope Gutowski.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Austin of Montpelier, Sharon Arps of Napoleon, Richard Cliffton (Kathy) of Montpelier, Nathan Cliffton (Susan) of Montpelier, Matthew Cliffton (Tonja) of Edgerton, Trisha Russell (Gary) of Pioneer and Amber Rogers (Brian) of Bryan; and her siblings, Mary Jane Faber of Edgerton, Lynette Dull of Butler, Jeanette Presley of Angola, Lucy Koch of Bryan and George Clark of The Villages, Florida.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Social distancing will be observed and people attending must wear a facial covering or mask.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions be made to the Montpelier Parks Department – Summer Lunch Program.
