She is survived by: her son Tad L. Cook of Hawthorne, NV; her sister Esther R. Witko (Joe) of Fairfield, CT; her granddaughters, Michelle A. Cook of Woodbury, CT and Adriane L. Manges (Scott) of Edon, OH; her great grandchildren, Christian T. Schaar of Woodbury, CT, Brianna N. Schaar of New York, NY, Andrew J. Lautzenheiser (Erika) of Edon, OH and Keirstin A. Werling of Edon, OH; her great great grandchildren, Harper A. Till and Haddie J. Werling; her cousins, Klinksick, Sara DeCapita (Mike) of Archbold, OH, Margaret Sunderman (Gene) of Upper Sandusky, OH, Houck, Koni Lautzenheiser (Gene), Scott Lautzenheiser (Lea) of Edon, OH, Susan McCullough (Pat) and Janet Black; her son Jonathan of San Antonio, TX.; and her brother-in-law Joe.
