He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Collie and Ruth Collie (Hawkins); and his brother Ronald Fogel. He is survived by: his wife Barbara E. Clevenger; his daughters, Victoria Fogel of Cooney and Roxanne Fogel Kaufman of Quincy; his grandchildren, Kelsea, Mayla, Kasey, Ella and Brogan; his great grandchild Avyan; and his sisters, Cheryl Hake (Rick) of Edon and LuAnn Entrikin (Kenny) of Montpelier.
