He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Eugene and Vera Jeanette Decker (Wheeler); his daughter Susan Kalene Decker; and his siblings, Hal Decker and Wilma Maybee.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Decker of Montpelier; his children, Dawn Davis (Alan) of West Unity, Timothy Decker (Lexi) and Christopher Decker of Montpelier; his grandchildren, Stephanie Logan (Adam), Lindsay Bertke (Eric), Jacqulyn Mahan (Brad), Timothy Decker (Risa), Kari Decker, Corey Decker (Miranda), Mackenzi Startzman (Derien), Michelle Langenderfer (Patrick), Michael Decker, Brandon Decker and Hanna Decker; and his sister-in-law Jeanette Decker of Montpelier. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
