She was predeceased by: her parents, Elgin A. Gearig and Donna A. Gearig (Eaton); her husband David "Shorty" Burkhart; and her sons, Michael David Rediger of Edgerton and Benjamin Joseph Rediger.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Winkler (Steve) of Montpelier, Mark Burkhart of Lima, Jennifer Lambert of Holgate and Davinna Nickloy (Russell) of Pioneer; her daughter-in-law Goldie Marr of West Unity; her siblings, Tim Gearig (Helen) of Bryan and Rose Gearig (Gary) of Edgerton; and her sisters-in-law, Carolyn Burkhart of Bryan, Linda Burris (Roger) of Bryan and Brenda Britenricker of Hillsdale, MI.. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Williams County Fair Board.
