Payne of Montpelier, Ohio, born in Ashtabula, Ohio, who passed away on January 6, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, George Barry and Carol Barry (McElrath); and her husband, Jerry Payne.
She is survived by: her children, Carrie (Daniel) Henry of Dayton, Christina (Matthew) Page of Montpelier, and Steven (Cherrie) Runnels of Dayton, Ohio.; nine grandchildren Britnian (Kyle) Clark, Nathan (Alice) Henry, Destiny (Thomas) Cochran, Priscilla Henry, Elizabeth (Chris) Cleaveland, Cody Cleaveland, Dakota (Tessa) Wiseman, Breanna Mabry and Dylan Runnels; fifteen great grandchildren; two sisters, Cecelia Haynes Gaines and Cyndy Haynes Nixon; two brothers Bruce Barry and Tiny Barry and her significant other, Herbert Myers of Montpelier.
