Larry G. Thimlar Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Larry G. Thimlar of Montpelier, Ohio, born in Auburn, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 30, 2024 at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard N. Thimlar and Doris M. Thimlar (McKinley); and his sister Rosalie. He is survived by: his wife Judy Dunbar; his children, Charlene Moore (Nick Hausbach) of Waterloo, Larry Thimlar, Jr. (Holly) of Petersburg, Jeff Finney (Bonnie) of Wauseon and Janet Finney of Elkhart, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Erica, Brianna, Alicia, Josh, Ariel, Kayla, Bailey, Zane, Jacob and Jesse. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Frontier Cemetery. A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Riverside Cemetery (10650 OH-107, Montpelier, OH 43543).
Memorials may be made in Larry's memory to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
