Belcher; his children, Joe Belcher (Nancy) of West Unity, Lori Diane Belcher of Montpelier, Jill Ann Guthrie of Montpelier and Kendra Smith (Eric) of Montpelier; his grandchildren, Johnny, Sammy, Ashlynn, Katelynn, Alisa, Natachia and Skyler; his great grandchildren, Eva, Alexx, Briar and Carter; and his siblings, Catherine Cox of West Jefferson, Diana Potter (Jim) of Montpelier, Joyce Stout (Ralph) of Sparta, Tennessee, Kenny Burgett of South Shore and Donald Wilson (Lisa) of Hebron, Ohio..
