John Johnston Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Johnston of Montpelier, Ohio, who passed away on January 11, 2021 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Johnston to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Dorothy Johnston (Shaffer); his wife Mary Ellen Sears; his siblings, Richard, Lee, Charles Johnston and Helen Stone; and his pet Missy.

He is survived by: his children, Michael Johnston (Susan) of New Carlisle, Debbie L. Sanders of Edgerton and Philip Johnston (Maryann) of Montpelier. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

Per the Governors orders, those wishing to attend services are encouraged to bring a mask and follow the recommended social distancing guidelines.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Church of Christ.
