He was predeceased by: his parents, John Douglass and Marciel Douglass (McKinley). He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Starr; and his children, Shelly Snider, Julie Ernsberger, Daniel Mullins, Chad Douglass, Melissa Tipton, Chris Douglass and Charles Douglass. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be given to Wounded Warriors.
