James C. Wallace Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2024, at the age of 92, James C. Wallace of Montpelier, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James C. Wallace to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Wallace and Allie Wallace (Alpaugh); his wife D. Lynne Lockhart; his son Andy Wallace; and his siblings, William Wallace, Iris Pace, Anna Lightbody, Elsie Palmer, Darwina Wallace and Theda Clark.

He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki Ballard (Fred) of Fort Wayne, IN, Peggy Dunseth of St. Peters, MO, Molly Startzman (Perry) of Montpelier and Anna Stark of Montpelier; and his grandchildren, Jamie, Mike, Stacey, Melissa, Matthew, Joshua and Jennifer. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.

Memorials may be given in James' memory to Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center or Williams County Veteran's Memorial.
