Bell of Montpelier, Ohio, born in Wauseon, Ohio, who passed away on July 26, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Everett and Elouise Steele (Marshall); her husband Albert "Bert" C. Bell; and her brother Paul Douglas Steele. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Allen Bell of Phoenix, AZ, Scott Douglas Bell of Largo, FL, Sarah Elizabeth Bell of Toledo and Nicole Dean (Todd) of Toledo; her grandchildren, Lexie Bell, Rylee Bell, Trysten Dilworth, Aiden Dean, Avery Dean and Liam Dilworth; her great grandchild Keelee Goetz; her sisters-in-law, Lynda Renick of Midland, TX and Nancy Van Wye of Columbus, IN; her siblings, Linda and Bob Dilworth; and her pets, Sadie Mae and Bella.
Memorials may be given to the Williams County Humane Society.
