He is survived by: his wife Josie Green of Montpelier, Ohio; his children, Angel Resler of Mayflower, Jack D. Green III (Kristina) of Montgomery, Josefina Ernsberger (Todd) of Montpelier, Crystal Dennison (Mitch) of Reading, Misty Wilcox (Chad) of Holiday City, Duke Green (Starr Sawyer) of Edon and Cody Green of Montpelier, Ohio; and his brother Joseph Green (Brenda) of Edon, Ohio.. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
