He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Fetters and Blanche Fetters (Howell); his wife Rita J. Yaney; and his siblings, Rex, Jerry Fetters, Judy Fetters and Jeanette Zimmerman.
He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Fetters of Montpelier; and his siblings, Ronnie Fetters (Becky) of Celina and Pamela Fetters-Kovor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
