He was predeceased by: his parents, Harmon S. Rigelman and Hazel E. Rigelman (Mann); and his brothers, Leroy and Harmon Rigelman. He is survived by: his wife Judith Stickney; his sons, Gregory Rigelman (Renee Mettle) of St. Charles and David Rigelman of Tampa, Florida; his granddaughter Jessica Rigelman (Jeff Dixon) of Fircrest, Washington; and his great grandchildren, Justin and Joshua Dixon.
Due to the ongoing pandemic restrictions, the family will receive friends while observing social distancing precautions.
