He is survived by: his wife Sharon A. Creek; his children, Perry Moore (Elizabeth) of Cincinnati and Sarah Mugel (Jonathan) of Hamburg; his grandchildren, Lauren Bonaminio (James), Andrew Moore (Hillary) and Brian Michael Moore (Azzurra Steri); his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Leo Bonaminio, Julian and Jamie Moore; and his siblings, Sandy Moore of Flint, Larry Moore (Cynthia) of Quincy, Terry Moore (Elaine) of Perrysburg and Bev Keber (Tom) of Jewell, Ohio..
