He was predeceased by: his parents, Doctor and Annie Robbins, Sr. (Wilson); his wife Linda L. Shartzer; his sister Nancy Hawkins (J. D.); and his daughter Donna Callaway.
He is survived by: his children, David Robbins (Dee-Ann Shafer) of Delta, Cheri Ingersoll of Montpelier, Jerry Robbins (Sherry) of Angola, Barry Robbins of Montpelier, Mindy Robbins of Montpelier and Darleen Smith of Mississippi; and his sister Betty Hartin of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
