He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Pushee and Ann Elizabeth Pushee (Purdy); his wife Patricia P. Houk; and his daughter Christene Douglass. He is survived by: his son-in-law Michael J. Douglass of Edon; his grandchildren, Kyle Douglass (Kirsten) of Lausanne, Switzerland and Kevin Douglass (Katyann Dick) of Edon; and his great grandchild Logan Douglass.
