Christopher Cummins Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2023, at the age of 51, Christopher Cummins of Montpelier, Ohio, born in Bryan, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father LaMar Cummins; his former spouse Aundrea R. Carey; his brother Daniel Goeltzenleuchter; his daughter Annaliese Makinna Cummins; and his former wife Aundrea Cummins.
He is survived by: his mother Margaret E. Cummins (Cahill) of Bryan; his wife Rhonda R. Kolakowski (Smith); his son Kaden Cummins of Montpelier; his siblings, Beth Roberts (Adam) of Bryan and James Cummins of Bryan; his stepchildren, William, Kyle, Dale Sheila and Lukas Kolakowski; his stepgrandchildren, Kora and Kali Kolakowski; and his nephews, Seth Roberts (Bilha) of Oregon, Kolby Roberts of Piscataway and Kyle Roberts of Bryan.
The family encourages everyone to wear something Hawaiian themed (bright colors, Hawaiian shirts/dresses or any other Hawaiian attire to honor Chris. Private interment will take place at Shiffler Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials are requested to the family for funeral expenses and anything extra will go towards Kaden's college fund).
