He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Blazey and Magdaline Blazey (Hinz); his former wives, Georgina Blazey (Burkett) and Edna Blazey (Smalley); his son James Chester Blazey; and his siblings, Frank, Leo, Dorothy and Elsie Blazey.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Blazey (Barlowe); and his children, Linda Watts (Kelly), Felicia Oren, Melinda Fletcher (Jim), Diane Raab (Wade) and Dan Winebrenneri. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
