He was predeceased by: his parents, Kedrick Stiltner and Minnie Stiltner (Foster); his wife Carolyn Lucille Ball; and his brothers, Bill and Charles Stiltner.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Childress (William) of Meadowview, Virginia, Karen Orfield (David) of Bristol and Laura Robinette of Montpelier; and his sister Shirley Stiltner of Erwin, Tennessee. He is also survived by four grandchildren; a great-grandson.
Due to the ongoing pandemic restrictions, the family will receive friends while observing social distancing precautions.
